Therapy and Coaching

  • Parents/Educators

    Intervention Coaching supports parents wanting/needing to acquire the ability to implement strategies and interventions in the home.

    Case management services for students involved in the MTSS, Evaluation, or IEP process, or for students with disabilities; Includes recommendations, interventions, problem solving sessions, etc.

    Capacity Building - Personalized training sessions to increase knowledge of special education and skill development.

    Wellness Recommendations as needed.

    Virtual support: Therapy/coaching provided virtually.

  • Primary

    Supports students PK-5. Focuses primarily on supporting emerging academic, behavioral and social emotional needs.

    Educational Needs Profile: Informal and formal assessments executed to identify targeted areas of need.

    Targeted Therapy: Direct student therapy targeting areas: learning style, social-emotional (SEL) and/or behavioral (ABA) needs.

    Assignments: Classwork/homework

    Teacher Check-ins: Weekly consultations with teachers.

    School support: Direct therapy at school or designated location.

  • Secondary

    Supports students in grades 6-12. Focuses primarily on executive functioning and social emotional needs.

    Educational Needs Profile: Informal and formal assessments executed to identify targeted areas of need.

    Targeted therapy: Direct student therapy targeting Executive Functioning (EF), Self-Determination (SD), social-emotional (SEL) and/or behavioral (ABA) needs. as needed.

    Assignments: Homework/project support, written assignments, college essays

    Teacher Check-ins: Bi-Weekly consultations with teachers.

    School or virtual support: Direct therapy at school, designated location, or virtually.

  • College/University

    Supports college/university students needing extra support managing the demands of school, work, and extracurriculars.

    Educational Needs Profile: Informal and formal assessments executed to identify targeted areas of need.

    Targeted Therapy: Direct student therapy targeting Executive Functioning (EF), Self-Determination (SD), social-emotional (SEL) and/or wellness needs.

    Assignments: Project support, research papers, essays

    Work/Social support - EF and SEL coaching to help navigate work demands and interpersonal relationships

    School or virtual support: Direct therapy at school, designated location, or virtually.

Additional Services

  • Assessment

    Structured Clinical Assessments are offered to schools/organizations and families for students with and without disabilities who are currently in the special education referral/evaluation process and are receiving tiered interventions of support. Assessments may also be provided for families seeking in-depth information regarding a students learning and behavior needs.

  • Consultation

    Consultation is offered to schools and families requiring additional support for students experiencing learning and behavioral challenges. Consulting services may include coaching and case management services to additionally support parents and educators wanting to learn how to personally implement strategies and interventions in the home and/or school settings.

  • Training

    Training is offered to schools and organizations seeking to provide their professionals with extended knowledge in the areas of applied behavior analysis, social-emotional learning, executive functioning, self-determination instruction, academic readiness, and diet/lifestyle support. Training topics may be indiviually selected or completed through the Holistic Education Model which covers each topic.
