Consulting services may include:

Coaching staff members to work more effectively with students, particularly in the areas of social-emotional behavior; Coaching supports educators wanting/needing to acquire the ability to implement strategies and interventions

• Coaching is geared towards working with teachers and/or support staff

Case management services for challenging students, students involved in the MTSS process, or students with disabilities; Includes recommendations, interventions, problem solving sessions, etc.

• Geared toward working with Leadership staff

Rate: $150 per hour

After initial assessments have been completed, Dr. Weke will make recommendations for services that include session length, goals, and targeted therapies to be used. Sessions or support typically last between 45 to 90 minutes per student.

• Ed Therapy Assessments (based on presenting problem)

• Up to 90 minute Live or Virtual Sessions

• 1 - 3 Therapeutic Approaches (Based on need)

• 1 - 3 Goals Addressed w/Intervention Plan

• Formal and/or Informal Assessment Write-Ups

• 1 Maintenance Intervention Plan with 30 minute debrief

Trainings are customized towards specific needs in the following areas:

Trainings can be:

• conducted for individuals, small groups, or large groups

• conducted in one or more area of need

• conducted in one/two day formats

• conducted in a long-term format in order to explore various topics more in-depth.

• completed in a course-style format.

Emotional-Behavior Therapist Training:

• Offered to schools and organizations interested in increasing the expertise of staff members who are or will act in the role of Behavior Interventionists, Deans, or Student Support Counselors

• This training is a longer-term commitment that involves advanced supervision, practicum experiences, and content related assignments

• EBT training is limited to 5 staff members at a time given the specialized attention

• Staff members will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the training.
