what is educational therapy?
An Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) is a professional who uses holistic principles and practices to promote health and wellness through diet and lifestyle. AHCs help individuals achieve optimal performance through promoting preventative healthcare. AHCs suggest dietary, daily, and seasonal routine changes to help improve overall functioning. AHCs explain core concepts and connections between the body and mind. Dr. Weke uses Ayurvedic counseling to address and support physical and emotional well-being, which is crucial for executive functioning and overall learning. Techniques such as Pranayama (breathing exercises) or incorporating natural herbs that support memory and concentration, often help students better manage their emotions and improve self-regulation. By merging these principles and practices into Educational Therapy, Dr. Weke has created a holistic approach to support the needs of the whole student.
